If you’d like to return your purchase by mail, follow the return instructions on the packing slip included with your order.
-Please enter a Reason for your return.
-Include the packing slip and keep a copy for your records.
-Send the package via UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service to the address indicated on the bottom of this page.
-Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
-Online purchases can not be returned at any Un Deux Trois store.
- Allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you’d like to make an exchange, follow the exchange instructions on the packing slip included with your order.
-Fill out the details of item(s) you want to receive in the exchange. Include the
packing slip and keep a copy for your records.
-Un Deux Trois will ship the item you want to receive in exchange to the same Ship-To address on this packing slip.
-Un Deux Trois will pay standard shipping charges.
- If the item you requested is not available, we will process the item you sent as a return and credit the card used for the original purchase.
